Apie MIF

This is a closed-end fund established for the employees of the law firm Motieka & Audzevičius. The idea of MIF arose when we noticed that we could become partners with our clients by investing in their business and thus share success and responsibility together (skin in the game).

MIF invests in areas where the Motieka & Audzevičius team can provide legal services and create added value: transactions, participation in boards, disputes, projects.

Investments are made through a Limited Partnership Motieka Investment Fund, a general partner of which is Motieka Fund Management, and the limited partners (investors) are the team members of the law firm Motieka & Audzevičius.
